I was very impressed with Peter's knowledge of everything that went into purchasing a house- market, neighborhood, inspections, and negotiations for example. Questions or concerns were always anwered quickly and explained thoroughly. Would certainly recommend Peter to friends and family.

Peter was wonderful to work with. He took the time to understand what we were looking for. He has found a home not only for us but also for two of our children. We would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a good realtor.

Pete is very through and his eye for important details is very important in today's real estate market.

I am a pretty picky customer but Peter listened and delivered. He laughed at my "jokes" and returned the banter which lightened up the disappointment when the home wasn't to my liking. He guided me in the rules and regulations of buying and closing.

For the 6 months it to to close my home in florida, Peter was critical in keeping me informed on properties in South Bend. Helping with purchasing my new home and all of the important things that would have been new to me in the area. Such as utlities and historical information since my home is. His follow through is excellent and I would highly recommed to anyone I know is looking to purchase a home or Commercial property in his area of service.

We were moving from out of state and needed a house in this highly competitive market. Peter made himself available evenings, weekends or whenever we could be in town. He even visited homes to video tape them so we could see them from far away. He's an exceptional agent.

Peter could not have been better as a buyer's agent. He was outstanding with communication, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the home that we purchased. We were from out of town, and he was always willing to go to houses by himself and shoot videos to give us a better understanding of the property. I cannot say enough how pleased we were with Peter. He also went out of his way to make sure things were going smoothly with our mortgage application. There is not one area that I can think of that could have been improved. If anyone ever asks for my recommendation of a realtor, I would recommend Peter every time.

I have used Cressy in the past, as well as Weichert. Peter was recommended by a friend and did not disappoint! Getting ready for sale, Peter took the photos himself. They were amazing! The house looked great. He planned the showings for a long weekend where I could be out of the house. This took a lot of stress off me. We had multiple offers and Peter was instrumental in helping me decide. As mentioned before, I have used other realtors. Peter was by far the most knowledgeable about houses. His personality made him easy to interact with. He took time to tour my house and let me know what needed done to get ready for sale. It took me awhile, but Peter was always attentive. Peter made this experience excellent. He was always available, and his character is impeccable. I would definitely hire Peter again!

Peter jumped in and helped wherever he was needed, demonstrating excellence in every detail (though we would have liked to be a little less diligent at times). It was a tough sale, but he made it work. We had unforeseen issues that took time to resolve (a complex septic issue). But Peter worked with my husband to resolve the problem in a timely fashion.
